  • 2 cup american corn kernels
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • black pepper as required
  • salt as required
  • cup water
  • 2 tomato
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 handfuls coriander leaves
